46 MILLION PEOPLE LIVE IN POVERTY IN THE UNITED STATES

More than 11 Million Americans are paying more than half of their monthly income for their monthly housing rent. 50,000 veterans are homeless in United States. 1.4 Million veterans are considered at risk of homelessness due to poverty, lack of support systems and poor living conditions. The U.S. has a Shortage of 7.2 Million affordable rental homes available to Extremely Low-Income Households.

NEW BUILDINGS

All American Community Services, Inc. handles every aspect of affordable housing development, right from acquisition of development site and developing a housing complex on it.
This process consists of:
(1) Identifying area in need of affordable housing. (2) Acquisition of land or existing buildings.
(3) Raising Funds to buy or refinance. (4) Bringing Partners Together.
(5) Completion of self-sustaining development. (6) Providing Housing and Services.



RENOVATED BUILDINGS

All American Community Services, Inc. also buys existing buildings to renovate and upgrade them to its highest standards of affordable housing with ENERGY STAR certified equipment for the benefit of our tenants.
